6. Gossip Girl
If you’re a girl, and you haven’t watched it, you’re missing out on a lot. Not only does it instill fashion consciousness but getting tuned into the ‘scandalous lives of Manhattan’s elite’ is just downright cool.

Following the life of a young mother, and her teenage daughter, who aspires to go into an IVY league college- Gilmore Girls is the perfect sitcom to watch when one’s in the mood for some light drama.
